Chooser

A system for choosing a value for something. Takes a string composed of 
various tests, arguements, and etc and returns a value based on it.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

perldoc command.

    perldoc Chooser
